Room next to Master has a Double new ecosa bed with a toilet next to the room.

In the other bedroom the kids will be impressed with the Blue & White Combi Van Single mattress Bunk bed.

No bed in the office, but can fit a PortaCot if needed for day sleeps near the lounge/family.

Corridors/Hallways and Main & Ensuite Bathrooms have Auto Sensor wall lights.
No more looking for light switches, walking into walls or knocking into objects on your way to the bathroom.
Best of all the senor lights will time out and are optional. Perfect for if a child wakes in the night.

Gas Cylinder hot water.
Master has an attached Ensuite with dual shower.
Main and Ensuite Bathrooms have auto heated floors & heated towel rails.
Main bathroom has a Spa bath & a large shower, with a Rainhead. The rain head is perfect for showering children.

The kitchen features a walk-in-pantry, clean and organized with a separate sink, microwave, toaster and kettle. You may use the food items in the pantry (just be respectful).

This home is kid friendly and contains most usual accessories/utensils and appliances including smaller cutlery, plastic cups.
(We don't have a high chair, but there is a Mountain Buggy Pod High Chair available).

The Kitchen features a lovely Double Skylight.
The kitchen island, might feel like an island when you spot the giant sink with insinkerator.
Please note: In Auckland we also have curb-side food scrap collection every Thursday morning.

French door Fridge with plumbed in cold water and auto Cube or Crushed ice maker.

The teenagers will be very happy with the main lounge wall mounted 86" TV screen with soundbar.

We have plenty of Nerf, Hot Wheels, Monster Trucks, Puzzle and Board-games to use while you stay.

The double garage has an attached Laundry with F&P Washer, Drier & Sink.

A Coffee shop, a Bakery, Nail Salon and Indian takeaways are at the end of the street. Across from the cul-de-sac is a flat grass field, great for flying kites, playing soccer or riding bikes.
